Peruse has the tools to quickly setup your initial schedules based on information you provide in a spreadsheet. Our tool will have you reviewing schedules quickly. This provides a solid foundation for the ongoing processing.
Setup New Schedules
Peruse 842 setup screen is deigned to allow you to quickly setup a new lease and build the initial schedule.
Reassessment / Remeasure
With the press of a button Peruse will reassess your portfolio, and based on a set of rules, list all schedules needing review for re-measurement. From the Reassessment screen you have the tools available to research prior to deciding to remeasure a schedule. We put the final decision making power in your hands when it comes to remeasuring a schedule. Once you have selected the schedules to remeasure simply press a button and Peruse does the rest.
Disclosures
Peruse provides the disclosures meeting your reporting requirements. Create the disclosures for a range of periods in the fiscal year, by business unit, organization, state or country. Peruse has the ability to save the disclosure worksheets to history.

The worksheet can be created by business unit, organization, state or country. Peruse has the ability to save the roll forward worksheets to history.
The roll forward worksheet Includes critical notes. The ability to capture and report on the reason for changes is a critical tool used for review and auditing.
Journal Entries
And to complete the process export the journal entries needed. Peruse uses a smart export setup designed to meet your accounting systems formatting needs.
