Additional Services

Peruse Commercial Lease is offered for a monthly usage fee. The monthly usage fee includes licenses for named users. Below are additional fees charged.

Lease Abstracting - Peruse abstracts and enters the information required for the operation of Peruse Commercial Lease. This service is provided for the initial setup and for the setup of future leases.

Document Scanning - Peruse scans and prepares the lease documents for linking to our document imaging.

Training - Peruse offers internet based training classes. For an additional fee onsite training is available.

User Setup - A modest per user fee is charged to cover the cost of third party licenses.

 

Support Services

Peruse offers email and telephone support for Peruse Commercial Lease. Service Packs are purchased covering 12 incidents. Phone incidents count as one full incident. Emailed incidents count as a half incident.
